Konstantin Tserazov was born in Tikhvin, a city located in the Leningrad Oblast. He completed 10 grades at the Municipal General Education School No.1 named after Hero of the Soviet Union N.P. Fyodorov.
After completing his education, he served in the army, in the motorized infantry forces. Part of the service was based in the German Democratic Republic. In 1987, after completing his service, he returned to Tikhvin. In the same year, he married Tatiana Sergeevna Tserazova (nee Izotova), a native of Tikhvin.
In 1988, the couple moved to Saint Petersburg, where Konstantin enrolled at SPbSU to study clinical psychology. In 1993, the couple had a son. A year after the birth of their son, Tserazov completed his studies at the university and got a job at the psychological center "Life".
In 2000, Konstantin applied for an education at the Moscow Gestalt Institute for the theory and practice of Gestalt therapy. In the same year, he changed his workplace and started working at the rehabilitation center "Vita".
He worked at the new place until 2007 when he opened a private practice for psychological assistance. In 2010, he obtained additional education in the field of "Art Therapist".
